User Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of FFDS Hub account data and information imported from connected services, including Facebook and Instagram business accounts.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

How to request deletion

Email maceanromo@gmail.com with the subject line FFDS Hub Data Deletion Request.

Include:

  • Your full name and the email address used for FFDS Hub.
  • The business or client account associated with your access.
  • Whether you want the entire FFDS Hub account deleted or only data associated with a specific connected Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party account.
  • The names of the connected Pages or profiles involved, when applicable.

Identity verification

To protect client and account data, FFDS may verify the requester’s identity and authority before deleting information. We will not ask for a Facebook, Instagram, Google, or FFDS Hub password.

Disconnect Meta access immediately

You can stop future Facebook or Instagram access before the deletion request is completed by removing FFDS Hub from your Facebook business integrations or connected apps settings.

  • Open Facebook Settings and Privacy.
  • Open Settings, then Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
  • Select FFDS Hub or the applicable Base44/Meta connection.
  • Choose Remove and confirm the permissions you want revoked.

Removing the integration prevents future API access but does not automatically erase analytics, reports, account mappings, or other information already stored in FFDS Hub. Submit the deletion request above to request removal of stored data.

What we will delete

After a valid request is confirmed, FFDS will delete or de-identify information reasonably associated with the request, which may include:

  • FFDS Hub profile and login-associated records.
  • Connected-account mappings and external account identifiers.
  • Imported social-media metrics, content-performance records, and related analytics.
  • OAuth connection references under FFDS control.
  • Uploaded files, notes, content records, and other client data where the requester has authority to request deletion.

Information that may be retained

FFDS may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, contract enforcement, or backup integrity. Examples include invoices, payment records, security logs, audit history, and records subject to an active legal hold.

Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated marketing or connected-account synchronization.

Timing and confirmation

FFDS will acknowledge a deletion request within a reasonable period and generally aims to complete verified requests within 30 days. Complex requests, legal obligations, or backup deletion cycles may require additional time.

After processing, FFDS will send confirmation to the verified requester. If only part of the request can be completed, the response will explain the reason.
