Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FFDS Hub and Family First Digital Solutions LLC collect, use, retain, and protect information when users access the platform or connect third-party business accounts.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Who we are

FFDS Hub is operated by Family First Digital Solutions LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. In this policy, “FFDS,” “FFDS Hub,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Family First Digital Solutions LLC and the FFDS Hub platform.

Contact: maceanromo@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how FFDS Hub is used, we may collect:

  • Account information, such as name, email address, role, login identifiers, and authentication records.
  • Client and business information, including company names, contact details, brand assets, project information, content calendars, approvals, tasks, reports, and service records.
  • Usage and technical information, such as device type, browser, IP address, timestamps, error logs, and feature activity.
  • Files and content uploaded to FFDS Hub, including images, video, documents, captions, notes, and campaign materials.
  • Third-party platform data that a user authorizes FFDS Hub to access, including Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account identifiers, profile information, Page names, audience totals, content metadata, engagement metrics, reach, impressions, clicks, and related analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve FFDS Hub.
  • Authenticate users and maintain appropriate account permissions.
  • Manage client projects, content workflows, reporting, approvals, and communications.
  • Retrieve and present authorized social-media and business analytics.
  • Create reports, performance summaries, alerts, recommendations, and internal operational insights.
  • Respond to support, privacy, security, and data-deletion requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect FFDS, clients, and users.

4. Meta and other connected services

When a user connects a Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other third-party account, FFDS Hub receives only the access authorized by that user and the applicable provider. FFDS Hub does not receive or store a user’s third-party password.

Access tokens and connector credentials are handled through secure integration services. FFDS Hub uses connected-account data only to provide requested agency services, account mapping, analytics, reporting, content management, and related platform functions.

Users can revoke third-party access through the relevant provider’s account settings or by contacting FFDS. Revoking access may stop future synchronization but may not automatically delete information previously imported into FFDS Hub.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed with:

  • Authorized FFDS personnel and contractors who need access to provide services.
  • The client organization associated with the user’s account.
  • Technology vendors that provide hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, integrations, email, and security services.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal requirements, and protect platform security. Retention periods vary by data type, client contract, and legal obligation.

When an account or connected integration is removed, certain records may remain in backups, audit logs, invoices, reports, or records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

7. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and your relationship with FFDS, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information. You may also disconnect third-party accounts and opt out of nonessential communications.

Requests can be submitted through the instructions at ffdshub.app/data-deletion or by emailing maceanromo@gmail.com.

9. Children’s privacy

FFDS Hub is a business-services platform and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as FFDS Hub, applicable law, or third-party integrations change. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or by email.
